Cordyceps is a fungus known for its unique growth on insect hosts in the wild. Traditionally used in Asian cultures and traditional Chinese medicine, this mushroom has garnered attention for its potential health-boosting properties. What do studys show for Endurance and Stamina?

In a study published in the Journal of Dietary Supplements, volunteers took Cordyceps mushroom extract as a pre-workout during three weeks of high-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.). At the end of the study, they could exert higher levels of energy during exercise because their VO2max increased, and their bodies consumed more oxygen.

Can cordyceps also help my recovery?

Stair master is now easy!!!

I used to be able to last 5-10 minutes on the stair master and since taking cordyceps i can easily do 45 minutes without it being a struggle. Its the only thing ive changed in my routine so without doubt has to be because of this

Smashing new PB's!!
